PET Bottle Juice Beverage Filling Machine

This integrated rinsing, filling, and capping machine is specifically designed for juice beverage. It combines high-speed bottle rinsing, constant-pressure filling, and precision capping technology within an enclosed structure. Featuring PLC intelligent control, stepless variable frequency speed regulation, and high-precision filling valves (flow rate >125ml/s) with a hard alloy capping cam profile, it ensures accurate filling levels and reliable sealing. Equipped with functions such as no-container-no-fill/no-cap, automatic CIP cleaning, and a centralized lubrication system, it provides an efficient and stable solution for carbonated beverage production.

Rinsing Part

1.It is rotary type, mainly sued for rinsing new bottles send the bottles to the filling machine.
2.PET bottle enters the machine by bottle distribute wheel star, and turned with mouth down by clip and turn mechanism, after sterile water rinsing and drying, automatic turn with mouth up, and send to filling machine by bottle-outlet wheel star. The main structure with rinsing water and outer shield are all stainless steel material; open type gear drive.
3.Renew stainless steel clip, simple structure, convenient adjustment; small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently.
4.Bottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge.
5.Bottle rinsing machine equipped with water collector to callback rinsed water.

Filling Part

1.It is advanced unique filling valve, no spring in the valve, and no touch with the spring for the products, which will help the cleaning of the internal valve.

2.gravity filling, negative pressure reflux;
3.unique material temperature control system and liquid level automatic inspection.
4.The products enter into the Glass bottle through valve while filling. When the bottles have been filled, there are a small amount of products and bubble along with the gas out
