HIGH EFFICIENCY WATER FILLING MACHINE

This series of water filling machines features an integrated design for rinsing, filling, and capping, specifically designed for PET bottled water production, including mineral water and purified water. The equipment operates at speeds ranging from 3,000 to 36,000 bottles per hour (based on 500ml PET bottles). Gravity filling ensures precise liquid level control, while magnetic constant torque capping technology guarantees a reliable seal. All liquid-contact parts are made of 304/316 stainless steel, with finely polished interiors for easy cleaning. The equipment features no-bottle-no-fill, no-cap-no-bottle, and automatic stop functions, ensuring efficient and stable production, making it an ideal solution for the bottled water industry.

ΔIt is rotary type, mainly sued for rinsing new bottles send the bottles to the filling machine.
ΔGlass bottle enters the machine by screw, and turned with mouth down by clip and turn mechanism, after sterile water rinsing and drying, automatic turn with mouth up, and send to filling machine by bottle-outlet wheel star. The main structure with rinsing water and outer shield are all stainless steel material; open type gear drive.
ΔRenew stainless steel clip, simple structure, convenient adjustment; small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently.
ΔBottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge.
ΔBottle rinsing machine equipped with water collector to callback rinsed water.
ΔThe consumptions of the water for each type of bottle when rinsing is 105ml/s (when 0.25Mpa)

ΔWe introduce into Germany technology for the filling machine, and design & manufacture by ourselves with isobar filling principle.
ΔFilling valve adopts constant pressure mechanism valve, filling fast and high accuracy of filling liquid level. It is adopted double guide rod structure. 
ΔThe main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, grease can lubricate centralizing automatically, adopts transducer to the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts step-less frequency conversion timing. The material for the whole platform and frame is carbon steel with stainless steel outside.
ΔThe machine is automatically controlled by PLC, fault on line display, like bottle block, cap shortage etc.
ΔThe key parts and electric elements of the machine are adopt import products.

ΔThe capping rotates through reduction box drive rotational wheel, which make the cap leave the hopper with the function of centrifugal force.
ΔThere is a separation device for right cap and reverse cap at the entrance, when the reverse cap passes, the cap automatically fall into and return to pipeline, and blow the reverse cap automatically to hopper through wind power. Only right cap could enter into skids smoothly, the volume of cap inside of hopper will be automatic inspected by electric switch to control cap conveyor, and that ensures best effect of cap down. When the right cap enters into the slide way, it could smoothly enter into cap feed plate, to prevent accidents, there is an anti reverse cap drive plate device to match with slide way, to ensure that the access to the cap feed plate is correct.
ΔThe slide way is also equipped with a pair of photoelectric switch, when testing no cap, then an immediate halt to the host.
ΔIn order to effectively remove non-anti-theft ring bad caps and cleanup additional caps in hopper, there is an active exit in front of the hopper exit can meet this function.

Q2: What is the production speed (capacity) of the equipment?
A: Capacity depends on the equipment model, number of filling heads, and product process. The typical maximum capacity (BPH, bottles per hour) of our single-machine equipment is as follows: water can reach up to 50,000 BPH, carbonated beverages approximately 30,000 BPH, juice approximately 36,000 BPH, and beer approximately 30,000 BPH. The specific configuration will be determined during the project consultation phase according to your needs.
 
Q3: Do you provide installation and training services?
A: Yes. Once your production site has completed all necessary preparations, including but not limited to piping, electrical work, and material readiness, please contact your project manager to arrange for our engineers to visit the site. We will provide professional installation, commissioning, and comprehensive operator training. The standard installation and commissioning period is typically two weeks to one month, depending on the scope of work on-site.
